Heather Anne Thomas (born Heather Anne Thomas) is an American writer, actor and activist who became well-known as the character Jody Banks on the"The Fall Guy" Adventure Show. She started her career in television when she was a child as she was host on the NBC program 'Talking With a Giant. After that, she graduated with a Film and Theatre Degree from ULCA and started guest-starring on TV shows like 'California Fever, Co-Ed Fever, and The Misadventures of Sheriff Lobo. In 1981, she was chosen as the main character in "The fall Guy". Thomas was a household name in many states by the popular five-season show. She has appeared in many film and TV shows since then. She was nominated for the Gemini Award in 1987 for her role as Ford: The Man and the Machine which was a made for television film. Thomas began to focus more on the personal side of her life. Eventually, in 1998 she decided that she would not perform any more. Thomas has been an activist for many causes and she is also a scriptwriter writer, published author and activist.
